Having seen the Illusion 800 spec on line earlier in the year we managed to locate a local retailer with one pre-erected and on viewing it we realised that it was exactly what we wanted. Like Larbea22 we owned a Maritsa 700 and were trying to find an airbeam that matched it for size while giving us the ease of pitching. I have always owned Vango tents and have never been disappointed with their performance and I can say that we are not disappointed by the Illusion 800 either. Of course I have not had any other inflatable ones to compare it to however I know this is absolutely perfect in every way.ģ from 3 people found this review helpful, was it helpful to you?īy: Marktoots Reason: I own(ed) one Made in: 2015 Rating: The tent is also very good in offering a lot of different specs to suit different families, I would strongly recommend it. The only thing I would add would be a way to open the windows however having said that there is plenty of air flow thanks to the sides and the front of the tent. Last year model made it incredibly better for an extra £50. Extremely spacious and extremely easy to put up, without rushing it took me less than 25 mins including pegging. First purchase of a Vango and first inflatable tent and I have to admit it did not let down.
